This is a 8 reales 1777MI King Carolus III (KM#16.2)big silver coin, Mexico, which is more than 200 years old and are in extremely fine condition. On the obverse, we have the legend:CAROLUS. III DEI. GRATIA.The reverse shows the normal initials and mint mark which in this case was struck at Mexico City, mint mark M,MO. The weight is 27.0674 g and the metal composition is .9030 silver content.
