Below are the 5 Riels, 10 Riels and 100 Riels issued by Banque Nationale Du Cambodge.

Some details as follows:

• 5 Riels 1962-1975. Red on m/c unpt. Bayn stone faces of Avalokitesvara  at left. Royal Palce Entranc-Chanchhaya on back. Wmk: Buddha. Printer BWC(w/0 imprint). There are three versions of signature of this bank note
• 10 Riels 1962-1975. Brown on m/c unpt. Temple at Bantea Srei. Central Market Buildig at Phnom Penh at left on back. Watermark:Buddha. Printer: TLDR (w/o imprint).  There are four versions of signature for this banknote
• 100 Riels 1962-1972. Blue black, dark green and dark brown on m/c unpt. Sun rising behing Temple of Preah Vihear at left. Bac blue, green and brown; aerial view of the Temple of Preh Vihear. Wmk:Budha. Printer: G&D. There are two versions of signature.

The bank notes are issued by the State Bank Of Democratic Kampuchea. These notes are issued 20.3.1980by the Vietnamese-backed regime of Heng Samrin which overthrew Pol Pot in 1979.

It consists of :

• 0.1 Riel ( 1 Kak) 1979. Green on blue unpt. Arms at center. Water buffaloes on back
• 0.2 Riel( 2 Kak) 1979. Dark green on tan unpt. Arms at center. Rice workers on back
• 0.5 Riel ( 5 Kak) 1979 Red-orange on yellow unpt. Arms at left, train at right. Men fishing w/net on back
• 1 Riel 1979 Brown on yellow and m/c unpt. Arms at center. Women harvesting rice on back
• 5 Riel 1979 Dark brown on blue and m/c unpt. 4 people at left,arms at right and ancient monument on back.

• 10 Riels 1979 gray and blue on m/c unpt. Arms at left, harvesting fruit trees at right  and school on back
• 20 Riels 1979  violet on pink and m/c unpt. Arms at left, water buffalos haulng logs on back. Watermark: arms. This 20 riels also has lithgraph counterfeit
• 50 Riels 1979 Red on green and m/c  unpt.Arms at left, Bayon head at centre, Angkor Waton back. Watermark: arms
• also there is the 5 riels dated 1987 like the above 5 riels 1979 but red and brown on it. yellowand it. green unpt. Back red on yellow unpt
• also there is the 10 riels dated 1987 like the above but green on It. blue and m/c unpt.Back deep green and lilac on It. blue unpt.

Append below are the second bank notes issue by the Khmer Republic:-

100 Riels, 500 Riels and 1,000 riels

100 Riels:-

The 100 riels is Violet and mc.Carpet weaving. Angkor Wat on back ( not issued). There are two version of signatures for this bank note

Another is the 500 riels dated 1973 which is green color. Girl with vessel on head at left. Rice paddy scene on back. Two versions of signatures

Below picture isthe 1,000 riels which is green and m/c. School children. Large sculptured head on back. Sign.M.Printer: BWC( not issued)
