The Second Kyat Issue were from the Union of Bank. It consists of the denomination of 15 kyats, 35 kyats, 45 kyats, 75 kyats and 90 kyats bank notes.
Below is the 35 kyats bank note which is 1986, brown-violet o m/c unpt General Aung San in military hat at left center. Mythical dancer at left on the back of the bank note.


In this second issue besides the abovesaid 35 kyats, we have:
- 15 kyats-1986, blue-gray on m/c unpt. General Aung San at left center. Mythical dancer at left on back of bank note
- 45 kyats-1987, blue-gray on m/c unpt. Po Hla Gyi at right. Two workers w/rope and bucket, oil field on back
- 75 kyats-1985, brown and m/c. General Aung San at left center, dancer at left on back
- 90 kyats-1987 brown and green on m/c unpt.Seya San at right, plowing w/oven and rice planting on back.
