Dollar(Yuan) Year 3(1914) General Yuan Shih Kai Chinese Silver Coin

In an earlier article, we have the seven chinese characters above the head of the general yuan shih kai, below is a similar coin which only has six chinese characters above the head:

This is a crown size coin. Each weigh 26.4000g.,0.89000 silver.7555 oz.ASW. Interestingly there are three versions of this coin namely:

(a) VERTICAL REED edge

(b) Edge engrailed with CIRCLE

(c) Edge ornamented with alternating T’s

(d) Edge is PLAIN

(e) Tiny circle in ribbon bow. This is a mint mark but it is not clear what mint is indicated.
