For a coin to be considered as extremely fine condition, it should only be:

Circulated very slightly re: slightly pitted denoting some circulation
highest points of the coin may show signs of wear through handling or by contactwith other coins and may have bag marks re: minor abrasions near tiara, cheek and throat.
coins in this condition may still shows traces of lustres
