Compared to the one rupee King Edward British Indian coins, the half rupee coins are of lesser mintage hence are more expensive. It weighs 5.8300 g.,0.9170 silver.1719oz ASW. The obverse has the legend of : EDWARD VII KING AND EMPEROR.
